| Résumé | The exhibition explores a region in southern Tunisia known as Bled El Abar - the "land of wells" - where a constellation of water points maps the trajectories of nomads and formerly nomadic communities who have settled in the desert.<br/> These wells, shelters for people, livestock, and all living beings, bear witness to an ancestral memory that is now fragile.<br/> Through the map, photographs, videos, and the book documenting the repair of the Bir Ettin well, the exhibition reflects a meaningful collaboration between the collective, artists, and the inhabitants of this territory.<br/> Land of Wells also marks the beginning of a commitment: to preserve these sources of life. |
